Kimchi Fried Rice

Kimchi is a Korean dish and also known as bokumbap or bokkeumbap. Kimchi is actually a cabbage like vegetable with many seasonings. It is said that this kimchi is the must have side dish in every Korean house. Though kimchi fried rice can be prepared quickly but it is delicious. There are many variations of kimchi fried rice available worldwide depending on personal preferences.

Ingredients:

Cooked rice – 4cups (cold)

Chopped kimchi – 1½cup

Kimchi juice – one third cup

Sesame oil- 4teaspoons

Gochujang – 3 tablespoons

Green onion – 1(chopped and lightly fried)

Canola oil- 1½ teaspoon

Sesame seeds – 1tablespoon (roasted)

Kim- 1 sheet (roasted and shredded)
